SEMINAR & TALKS “THE GOLDEN ERA OF GAMBIER IN PAGOH, MUAR”

Unilifesity Leaning Center runs talks and seminars at the education center in order to allow everyone learn from each other. Experienced seniors also shared their experiences or knowledge during the talks and seminars.

On June 20th, 2019, Unilifesity went to Pagoh, Muar in Johor together with cultural and historical worker Mr. Zheng Zhao Xian to organize a talk called “The Golden Era of Gambier in Pagoh, Muar”, which evoked the audience to remember the contribution of the older generation.

The seminar attracted more than 100 people to participate which included Mr. Yu Yong Fa, the chairman of Pagoh Hokkien Association, Mr. Liu Dexiong, the chairman of Persatuan Liong Kwong Pagoh, councilor Datuk Tan Tech Huang and heads of village from Pagoh and Pancor.
